Our take on the classic Pacific Ale style. Tropical on the noise and low bitterness. This classic Pacific Style Ale, has been brewed as the perfect go to beer for all occasions. Created with a blend of American and Pacific Hops, big on the nose but easy on the palate.

Beer Description:

A clean, refreshing sour beer inspired by the burger’s classic companion - the dill pickle. Naturally kettle soured and infused with cucumber, dill, and pickle spice. This quirky refreshing beer would be the perfect playmate for the classic cheese burger, fish burger or any other pickle loving burger offering.

After generations of KAIJU! interacting with the local flora, a new species arose. The FRUJUS found the balmy weather and laid-back pace in tropical climes to their liking, settling many remote islands, but always on guard for those who would seek to exploit their mouthwatering juiciness and impeccable balance. A super-clean malt profile allows the shipload of juicy tropical fruit flavours to arrive on the desert island of your palate unhindered. Beer Description:

Like sipping on a Bob Marley song while jiving on a beach at sunset. This Mango XPA strikes a lovely balance of zesty bitterness and tropical sweetness from the big hit of fruit and some hefty dry hopping. It's a beer that dances across the palate and excites the senses.

Beer Description:
Hazy, juicy and with a citrusy hop aroma – finishing off with intense flavour and a great mouthfeel. Featuring Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic hops – this beer will bring out the Jedi in everyone. Unfined and unfiltered, the J JUICE pours quite hazy in the glass with a bright orange colour.

Beer Description:

One of our signature beers and extremely popular in the taproom. This indulgent ale is so well-rounded you'd think it was drawn with a compass. Clean citrus and tropical fruits dance around thick candied malt you could almost chew.

Style: Hazy Pale Ale

ABV: 5.2%

Beer Description: Disco is a fresh and hazy pale ale that's been double dry-hopped for an extra level of hop luxury. We've sourced hops from our favourite suppliers in the US and New Zealand to give us the utmost control over the flavour of our beloved DISCO. You can expect a medium-full mouthfeel with a light and fluffy carbonation. Juicy notes of fresh melon and passionfruit burst through, with a late hit of orange zestiness to finish. The bitterness is low but lightly present and brings with it an element of ultimate crushability. It’s been made to fit in perfectly at any backyard party, afternoon picnic or as the ultimate crusher after a long day.

Each day your QR code (under the tear-away panel) will take you to tasting notes for you to peruse at your leisure as you enjoy the beer for that day.

If you're not able to fit the whole calendar in your fridge then our suggestion is to keep your Advent Calendar in a nice cool place. Then put the beer for the day in the fridge in the morning and enjoy when you get home that night. Make sure you use a clean glass as that will allow you to enjoy the full flavour and aroma of the beer.

Beer Description:

This aromatic, contemporary, tropical style IPA is full of dreamy stone fruit and citrus-like bitterness, thanks to the abundance of dry hopping using US varieties Idaho 7, Cashmere, Amarillo and Sabro. It finishes dry on the palette and will be sure to tantalise the taste buds all summer long.

If you love beer and haven’t had (or heard) of a Beer Advent Calendar then this article is for you.

Beer Advent Calendars started gaining popularity in 2016 when our sister business, Beer Cartel, launched the first 25 Beer Advent Calendar in Australia.

The first version was “hacked” together to see if there was appetite for the idea and Beer Cartel sold over 1,000 in the first year!

Fast forward a bit and Beer Cartel’s advent calendar has benefitted from innovative upgrades over the years, including a purpose designed box (which can fit in most fridges), inclusion of QR codes for daily tasting notes and with Beer Cartel’s advent calendar a box of exclusive brews made just for the advent box.

Now while we love Beer Cartel’s advent calendar we wanted in on the fun as well!

So in 2021 we asked them to help us out with our own version, they’ve both now become the most sold beer advent calendars in Australia with close to 30,000 sold to date.
