This icon means the product is only available for delivery via Standard Delivery.
Delivery times vary based on delivery option selected. Timeframes below are indicative only and do not include possible delays e.g. as a result of Covid-19 impacts.
Standard and express delivery orders are dispatched within 1 business day. We use Australia Post as our national delivery partner.
Express Delivery Timeframes
Express delivery typically takes 1 - 2 business days from date of dispatch.
Standard Delivery Timeframes
Average standard delivery times in business days (after dispatch and excluding possible Covid related delays) are as follows:
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Most of our products come with free standard delivery.
Products without free standard shipping have a flat rate of $10 per case to NSW/ACT and $15 per case to all other states. A case can accommodate a variety of product combinations and is automatically calculated at checkout based on size and weight.
Express delivery is an optional extra for $10 or $15 depending on the product.
Please note, we do not currently ship outside of Australia. Purchases can be made from overseas for delivery in Australia.
Tracking & Order Instructions
All parcels can be tracked and by default must be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. We do also offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc. If you choose to leave the parcel without signature you accept the risks associated in doing so.
For Australia Post deliveries if the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature, or the location is not suitable for a parcel to be left unattended, a notice will be left and the parcel will be made available for pick up at the nearest Australia Post outlet.
If the order is being sent to a business address, please ensure the business name is included in the address details in the "Company" field. Please also ensure you include any required details like business level, suite number, loading dock or mail room information in the delivery fields.
Some businesses have existing agreements with Australia Post whereby deliveries are not made to the physical address and parcels are to be collected from the post office box. Larger businesses (e.g. media companies, banks, telcos, high rises etc) have security measures in place so parcels often need to be delivered to the mailroom.
Deliveries are generally made during business hours Monday to Friday. We are unable to give a guaranteed date or time of delivery. Some deliveries may be attempted before or after business hours. Deliveries are not made on public holidays or weekends.
Standard delivery orders are dispatched as soon as they have been processed, picked & packed. We are unable to hold off on dispatch of standard delivery orders.
Should a re-delivery be required dure to an incorrect delivery address, parcel refusal by the recipient or the parcel not having been collected from the local Post Office in time, a redelivery fee will be charged as well as a $10 return to sender fee, which is charged to us by Australia Post.
Australia Post offer redirection facilities once a parcel has been dispatched, however, this is done at the purchasers own risk. There is no guarantee that a redirection will be successful, and it may delay delivery.
If a change of delivery address is required after an order is placed a small change of address charge may apply, e.g. if the state destination is changed.
Please note: Alcohol deliveries cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18 years. If for some reason the delivery person deems the area unsafe to leave a parcel then the Authority to Leave may not occur even if it has been provided by the purchaser (e.g. underage persons near by, unsafe place, risk of theft).
Deliveries to rural areas may only allow for a Road Side Delivery, i.e. larger properties with longer driveways where Australia Post will not deliver to the door of the premises. If the Road Side Delivery does not allow for larger parcels (e.g. only a small letter box is available) then the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office where it can be collected.
