Express / Preferred Day Delivery Update: 

Please note some delays in express parcels may be experienced due to Covid-19 reducing the number of domestic flights in Australia and an increase in parcels across all delivery networks. 

We are dispatching 2 days prior to the selected preferred date to combat any possible delays and by doing so the majority of parcels are arriving on their intended date.

Australia Post has temporarily suspended their next business day guarantee so we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Express delivery is a much faster service than Standard delivery.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this period of disruption.

Most of our products are available for express delivery to 80% of Australia!

Express / Preferred Day delivery parcels are dispatched the business day prior to the selected date and use a next business day service. Note, parcels may be dispatched earlier during Covid-19 depending on average delays being experienced. During Covid-19 we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date.

Should for any unforeseen circumstance outside of our control (excluding delays relating to Coronavirus) a delivery not be attempted on the selected delivery date we will refund the Preferred Delivery Date component of your order. To be eligible your order must have been placed before cut off time, fit all the above postcode/destination criteria and you will need to contact us within two days of the delivery date.
