Why Wine In A Can?
Canned wine in Australia is new-ish but overseas it's almost the norm in some places. Here's why we're big of cans:
- More variety. No need to settle for one type of wine, now you can have four!
- Covers all bases, what if they don't like red or Shiraz? With 4 different wines they are sure to find something to love.
- With 4 cans of 250ml you get more wine than 1 bottle of 750ml wine for a comparable price.
- We can express post this gift anywhere in Australia. Your recipient can enjoy their gift sooner.
- The lucky recipient won't have to open a whole bottle of wine each time they'd like to enjoy a glass of wine.
- Cans chill down quicker.
Wine in cans are the equivalent of wine with screw top lids back in the 90's. When wines went from cork to screw tops some people turned their noses. Now its common place because of the convenience and ease factor. Be ahead of the curve, join the can revolution!
Wines and chocolates shown may be substituted depending on stock availability. Red box may be substituted for the same box in black.
During Covid-19 / lockdowns delivery networks may experience higher volumes of parcels than normal and some deliveries may take additional days to be delivered.
Update: Currently all parcels are taking longer than normal for delivery due to the impacts of Covid-19 and lockdowns. Timeframes below are indicative only and do not include possible delays. Express / Preferred Day delivery may also experience delays but is still a priority service, please read our update here.
Delivery options vary depending on the product purchased. Each product has an icon displaying the delivery options available.
All products are available for Standard Australia Wide Delivery, but not all are available for Express / Preferred Day Delivery. Items containing glass bottles are only available for Standard Delivery.
This icon means the product is only available for delivery via Standard Delivery.
This icon means the product is available for Standard Delivery OR Express / Preferred Day. Note: Express service is only available to post codes within the Express Delivery Network. To view products available for Express / Preferred Day Delivery click here.
During Covid-19 preferred day delivery is not a guaranteed specific day but we are adjusting dispatch with most parcels arriving on the preferred date.
Delivery times vary based on delivery option selected.
Express / Preferred Day Delivery Australia Wide
Express / Preferred Day Delivery is only available for products marked as such and only within the Australia Post Express delivery network. This covers approximately 80% of Australia. To check validate the delivery postcode on the product page or click here
to view the list of post codes for express / preferred day delivery.
Parcels are dispatched the day prior to arrive on the preferred day selected. If you are ordering for a next day delivery then your order must be in by 9am the day prior. *Note, during Covid-19 we are not able to offer guaranteed next day service due to delays and express parcels may be dispatched two days prior to the selected date to account for possible delivery delays. During Covid-19 the expresss / preferred day delivery option is not a specific day delivery guarantee but by dispatching earlier most parcels arrive on their intended date. Express is still a faster service.

Please note, we do not currently ship outside of Australia. International purchasers must list a valid Australian delivery address.
If the order is being sent to a business address, please ensure the business name is included in the address details in the "Company" field.
All parcels can be tracked and by default we request they be signed for, i.e. not just left at the premises unattended. However, we do offer customers the option to state specific delivery instructions, e.g. leave behind side gate etc. If you choose to indicate delivery instructions to leave the parcel unattended on premises, we accept no responsibility if parcels go missing once they have been delivered. By providing instructions to leave the parcel without signature customers accept the risks associated.
For Australia Post deliveries if the premises is unattended during a delivery which requires a signature, or the location is not suitable for a parcel to be left unattended, a notice will be left and the parcel will be made available for pick up at the nearest Australia Post outlet.
Deliveries are generally made during business hours Monday to Friday, however we are unable to give a guaranteed date or time of delivery. Some deliveries may be attempted before or after business hours. Deliveries are not made on public holidays or weekends.
Should a re-delivery be required as a result of an incorrect delivery address being provided, parcel refusal by the recipient or the parcel not having been collected from the local Post Office in time, a redelivery fee will be charged as well as a $10 return to sender fee, charged to us by Australia Post for all returned parcels.
Standard delivery orders are dispatched as soon as they have been processed, picked & packed. We are unable to hold off on dispatch of standard delivery orders.
Australia Post offer redirection facilities once a parcel has been dispatched, however, this is done at the purchasers own risk. There is no guarantee that a redirection will be successful and it may delay delivery.
Please note: Alcohol deliveries cannot be accepted by persons under the age of 18 years. If for some reason the delivery person deems the area unsafe to leave a parcel then the Authority to Leave may not occur even if it has been provided by the purchaser (e.g. underage persons near by, unsafe place, risk of theft).
If having a parcel delivered to a work address please ensure you mark any required details like business name, level, suite number, loading dock or mail room information in the delivery fields.
Some businesses have existing agreements with Australia Post whereby deliveries are not made to the physical address and parcels are to be collected from the post office box. Larger businesses (e.g. media companies, banks, telcos, high rises etc) have security measures in place so parcels often need to be delivered to the mailroom, this may impact the delivery time frame of your parcel.
Deliveries to rural areas may only allow for a Road Side Delivery, i.e. larger properties with longer driveways where Australia Post will not deliver to the door of the premises. If the Road Side Delivery does not allow for larger parcels (e.g. only a small letter box is available) then the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office where it can be collected.
If a change of delivery address is required after an order is placed a small change of address charge may apply, e.g. if the state destination is changed.
